Project Updates - October 2024

As Beyonce once said...We're behind...We're two weeks behind.

Actually, two months behind is more accurate.

How did this happen, you ask? Well, my day job is actively trying to kill me. Someone please call APS (Author Protective Services). But it's okay! We persist!

So let's get into it.

The Fall of Souls: Book Two

My girl officially has a title!! I am not ready to reveal it yet. But when I am, trust ya'll will be the first to know. For now I'm going to keep it to myself.

I was hoping to send the manuscript out for Beta Readers at the end of Sept., but I have had a hard time getting through this round of edits. Sooooo, we are shooting for the end of Oct. I've set what I think is a manageable review schedule, but please pray for me.

Celestial Bodies: Book Two

This baby also has an official title! But we are so far from the reveal that we're not even going to talk about her. Just know that this story keeps interjecting in my writing sessions to make itself known. At this point, she is a distraction that needs to wait her turn.

Mystery Project

Remember that mystery project that I was talking about? Well, it was supposed to be a fun, free, little novella. But I've never been casual a day in my life, and about 35,000 words in, the story started whispering sweet nothings into my ear. And, we now have an official third thing happening in the background. Tentatively slotted for Winter 2025.

Bonus Content

Last but not least, I am working on some FOS and Celestial Bodies bonus content. I've been wanting to do this for a while now, and I should have some bandwidth once the betas go out for FOS. So stay tuned!
